VOTING FORM

The 2021 VOTING FORM can be reached via NOW CLOSED AGM Agenda 2021. The form only requests votes on those agenda items that specifically require a decision by WGC Members.

Opening Date for VOTING is 9a.m. Wednesday 10^th March.
Closing Date for VOTING is 10p.m. Wednesday 17^th March. – NOW CLOSED

Before voting members should read the members contributions available via the 2021 AGM AGENDA.
Contributions on any agenda item can be made at AGM COMMENT FORM. – NOW CLOSED
These will be added in received order and sorted by Agenda Item. Endeavours will be made to post new comments every 24 hours.
Opening Date for contributions is 9a.m. Wednesday 10^th March.
Closing Date for contributions is 10p.m. Tuesday 16^th March.

MANAGEMENT BOARD POSITION NOMINATIONS

Any member wishing to submit a nomination for a position on the Management Board or for Vice-Captain should do so through the form link below.
All such nominations must have the agreement of the person being nominated and sponsored by a voting WGC member and seconded by another voting member. On the form both proposer and seconder must be identified. The form will automatically be time stamped.

Candidates should supply a short CV explaining their qualifications to undertake the Post for which they are being nominated. Candidates should be nominated and seconded by Voting Club Members. Candidates should confirm in writing that they are prepared to stand for the particular Post at the time of their being nominated. Members who have difficulty contacting other members for this purpose or would like to discuss any of The Posts should contact any Board Member at weymouthgolfclub@gmail.com
